When should your car be serviced?
As a rule of thumb, most cars should be serviced every 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first. If you do low mileage, the 12 months still applies — oil degrades with time as well as distance, and brakes, tyres and fluids deteriorate whether the car moves or not.
Some manufacturers specify their own intervals (including variable long-life schedules on VW Group cars), and we’ll always follow the schedule that’s right for your specific vehicle. Not sure when yours is due? Ring us with the registration and we’ll check.

Do you service cars under manufacturer warranty?
Yes. Under Block Exemption rules, servicing at an independent garage doesn’t affect your manufacturer warranty, provided the schedule is followed and matching-quality parts are used — which is how we work on every car.
How long does a service take?
Most services are done the same day — book a morning slot and the car is usually ready by the afternoon . We’ll give you a realistic time when you book.
How much does a service cost?
