Dealer-level diagnostics
We run genuine VAG diagnostic equipment with full access to every control module: engine, DSG gearbox, ABS, airbags, infotainment, body electronics and more. That means proper guided fault-finding, component coding and adaptation — not just reading a code and hoping.

Key coding, matching and PIN/SKC retrieval
Lost a key? Bought a car with only one? We can supply and code new keys and match them to your VAG vehicle, including retrieving the PIN/SKC (Secret Key Code) needed to programme keys to the immobiliser . It’s a fraction of the cost of a dealer key, and you don’t need to have the car recovered to a main dealer to get it done.
Servicing — including long-life schedules
VAG cars run either fixed (time and distance) or variable “long-life” service schedules, and using the wrong oil or interval on a long-life car is a common — and avoidable — cause of engine trouble. We service to the correct schedule for your exact engine, using the right VW-approved oil specification, and we reset the service indicator properly.
Servicing with us is warranty-safe: under Block Exemption rules, an independent garage can service a car under manufacturer warranty as long as the schedule is followed and matching-quality parts are used — which is how we work as standard. Every job carries our 1-year parts and repairs warranty, and we collect and deliver free within 2 miles of the garage.

Retrofitting genuine factory options
Wish your car had come with cruise control, parking sensors, a towbar with factory coding, upgraded infotainment or high-beam assist? Will servicing at Brookfield Garage affect my VW or Audi warranty?
No. Block Exemption rules let you service your car at an independent garage without voiding the manufacturer warranty, provided the manufacturer’s schedule and matching-quality parts are used. We follow both and keep full records.
Can you code a new key for my Volkswagen?
In most cases, yes. We can retrieve the PIN/SKC and match new keys to VW, Audi, SEAT and Skoda vehicles . Call 01449 674874 with your registration and we’ll confirm for your car.
My car is on a long-life service regime — can you handle that?
Yes. We service to VAG fixed and variable (LongLife) schedules, use the correct oil specification for your engine, and reset the service interval display correctly.
